As your birth doula I will provide a tailored package of services to support to you throughout the labor and childbirth process.
 
This Package includes:
 
An initial consultation & birth planning session - 2 hours
A postpartum planning session- 2 hours
A pre birth checkin coffee date.
 
24/7 On call support 2 weeks before your due date, until the baby arrives.  My support at the birth of your baby, wherever you choose to birth.  This ranges from practical, to emotional support to help increase your comfort during the process and draws on my experience as a hypnobirthing coach and aromatherapy practitioner.
 
A post partum meeting, offering support and debriefing after the birth, addressing any questions or concerns, and providing guidance on the early postpartum period. 2 hours
 
My aim is to enhance the birthing experience, provide continuity of care, promote informed decision-making, and ensure that individuals feel supported, empowered, and respected throughout the transformative journey of childbirth.
