TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BOOKING A PACKAGE OR SERVICE

You will be asked whether you consent to be contacted by Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor when you sign up to a service with us. By booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions for courses, workshops, 1:1 services, and doula care packages.

1. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
​
All services, including courses, private sessions and doula packages, must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Doula services are offered on a limited-capacity basis and may be closed when availability is reached.
​
2. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
​
A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract. Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor reserves the right to decline a booking for any reason, including availability or suitability of services.
If a booking cannot be fulfilled, all monies paid will be refunded promptly.
​
3. VAT
​
VAT is not applicable.
​
4. CLIENT CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
​
Courses & Sessions
​
The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course, or in the unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made.
​
Missed individual sessions may be rescheduled where possible, or offered as a paid private session or phone consultation.
​
Doula Packages
​

Doula packages are reserved specifically for you and require the booking out of availability.

Once a doula package has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

If services have not yet commenced, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor, minus any sessions already delivered or administrative time incurred.

In the event of early birth, changes in circumstances, or medical necessity, reasonable efforts will be made to adapt the package where possible.
5. SERVICE AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION

Service dates and times may be changed in exceptional circumstances.
​

For courses or sessions: if alternative dates cannot be agreed, refunds will be issued for sessions not yet taken.

For doula services: if Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor is unable to fulfil contracted doula care due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange alternative cover or a partial refund for undelivered services.
Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are non-refundable.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
​
Any recordings, written materials, resources, or documentation provided as part of courses, mentoring or doula services remain the intellectual property of Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor (or associated providers).
​
Materials are for personal use only and may not be recorded, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.
Photographs or media may be taken for marketing or quality purposes with participant consent.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor holds client information securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Clients may request access to their records with reasonable written notice.

8. DISCLAIMER
​

Maternity Mentorship, Doula care, Hypnobirthing and related services are not a substitute for medical care.
Doula support is non-clinical and does not replace the role of a midwife, obstetrician, or other medical professional. Clients are responsible for discussing their care choices with their healthcare provider.
​
Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor accepts no responsibility for outcomes related to medical decisions or the inappropriate use of techniques taught. Participation in services is undertaken with full understanding that no guarantees are made regarding birth outcomes.
9. AGREEMENT & JURISDICTION
​
Any booking of a Hannah Louise Maternity Mentor service or package confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a dispute, Swiss law applies.
