    The Postpartum Planning is a 2-hour group session.

    The class equips you with strategies for support and pre-preparation, ensuring you feel empowered and ready for this transformative journey.

  • KGH Hypnobirthing Class

    Private Hypnobirthing Tuition

    The KGH Hypnobirthing Course is a bespoke 10-hour program split across four sessions (from the 12th week of pregnancy).

    Sessions held either at Mühle Tiefenbrunnen, via zoom or at your home.
