Terms & Conditions of Services

By booking or using any services provided through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Doula services may include emotional support, practical support, birth preparation, postpartum guidance, educational resources, and wellbeing support for parents and families.

Services are supportive in nature and do not replace medical, midwifery, psychological, or clinical care.

Medical Disclaimer

Doula support and related services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Clients remain fully responsible for seeking appropriate medical care from qualified healthcare providers throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

In case of emergency, clients should contact their doctor, midwife, hospital, or emergency services immediately.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and relevant information

  • Following advice and recommendations from their medical care providers

  • Communicating any changes to appointments or support needs promptly

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only once agreed upon by both parties and, where applicable, payment or deposit has been received.

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded at discretion.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

If services must be cancelled by the provider due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide a refund where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide supportive, professional, and reliable services, no guarantees are made regarding pregnancy, birth, postpartum outcomes, or individual experiences.

To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded.
