In this 2-hour group session, you'll cover the essentials of equipment, understand physical and mental health recovery, and learn practical tips for adjusting to new life as a parent. The class equips you with strategies for support and pre-preparation, ensuring you feel empowered and ready for this transformative journey.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with me. It’s a privilege to support you during this important time. To keep everything clear, supportive, and running smoothly, please take a moment to read through the following booking terms. 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full. 2. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are non-refundable. If you need to make a change to our session, please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If a change isn’t possible, the original booking will remain in place. 3. Refund Policy Refunds are generally not offered. In exceptional circumstances, this may be reviewed at my discretion. 4. Your Role in Our Work Together Please ensure you are available for any scheduled sessions or agreed support times. Sharing relevant and up-to-date information helps me support you in the best way possible. If a session is missed or delayed due to client circumstances, the time may be shortened without refund. 5. Scope of Support Your care and support will reflect what we’ve agreed at the time of booking. If you’d like to add anything extra, I’ll always try to accommodate this where possible, and additional fees may apply. My role is to support, guide, and hold space — but it does not replace medical care. Please continue to seek appropriate medical support throughout your journey. 6. Professional Boundaries While I bring experience, care, and commitment to our work together, I cannot guarantee specific birth or postpartum outcomes. I am not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes before, during, or after our time together. 7. Confidentiality Your privacy is deeply respected. Any information you share with me will be kept confidential and handled with care, in line with data protection requirements. 8. Working Together By making this booking you are entering into an agreement directly with me. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space. If at any point this is compromised, I reserve the right to pause or discontinue services. 9. Agreement By completing your booking and payment, you are confirming that you have read and and agreed to these terms.
