About Me.

I am a full-spectrum doula and maternity coach working with Frauen Praxis in der Mühle, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period with a calm, informed, and compassionate approach.

With over six years of experience as a doula and coach, I offer personalised guidance that empowers parents to feel confident, prepared, and deeply supported.

I am a certified hypnobirthing practitioner with KGHypnobirthing, and trained in aromatherapy for childbirth, allowing me to integrate both evidence-based techniques and holistic practices into my work. I also hold a certification in breastfeeding support, "Decoding the Suck: Gentle Support For Babies With Sucking Difficulties" helping parents navigate early feeding with clarity and reassurance.

My training as a full-spectrum doula and maternity coach with Bebo Mia Inc. enables me to support families across all experiences, including fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss. I am also a proud member of the European Doula Network.

In addition, I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and hold a paediatric first aid certification, ensuring I can offer safe, responsive, and emotionally attuned support to both parents and babies.

Before specialising in maternity care, I built a professional background in healthcare and hospitality in both the UK and Switzerland, experiences that shaped my ability to provide attentive, client-centred care in diverse environments.

As a mother of three, I bring not only professional expertise but also lived experience to my work. I understand the realities of modern parenthood and strive to create a supportive, non-judgemental space for every family I work with. I offer my services in both English and German, ensuring clear and comfortable communication throughout your journey.

“Becoming a Mother away from my home showed me how vulnerable one can feel going through a huge life transition without a village.  So, I became a doula to be that steady, familiar support for others finding their way.”
